Department of Medicine Statistics Core (DOMStat)
DOMStat is organized into four specialized research units, each focused on distinct areas of research, and members are classified into two primary area of expertise: Data Scientist and Biostatistician/Bioinformatician. DOMStat’s statisticians bring extensive experience across a diverse range of medical research areas, including anesthesiology, cardiology, infectious disease, oncology, neurology, pediatrics, public health, and more. We are particularly skilled in handling complex datasets, such as high-throughput omics data, clinical trial data, electronic health records, and large-scale health services data. This broad expertise ensures rigorous and insightful statistical analyses, supporting researchers in a wide range of studies.
